I have been dealing with Fab-Con for a few years now. They respond quickly and are very thorough throughout the experience. My company has both leased and purchased containers from Fab-Con and their customer service is second to none. My current office is a container that has been converted by Fab-Con. It's completely finished including tile floor, insulated walls, windows, steel door, a/c, heat, and electrical and it is extremely economical. We recently purchased a container for our house and the process was painless and effortless. The driver was extremely helpful and even helped me to block and level the container before he departed.
