Fab-Con was not our first call when looking for a shipping container solution for our cottage, but they should have been. Chris replied to our inquiry very quickly and sent a ton of info to get us started. We then visited the yard and he took his time to show and explain the different options for doors, colours, and various other configurations. The pricing was very competitive with other solutions in our area, but the extra value was the transparency - we even had pricing info before coming to the yard, which none of the other guys were willing to provide. Booking a shipping date was easy and we got a date a week after we signed the invoice. The container itself arrived at our rural property well-secured on a truck driven by a very competent and polite driver. He very carefully dropped our 20x10 container in the backyard, through a driveway that measured 13-14 feet wide at its narrowest. The grey colourway complements our cottage well and stores a ton of stuff. Even with the rollup garage door installed there has been no moisture or critter intrusion to date. The retrofit work was very clean, and even though it's a one-trip can it looks brand spanking new - I'm a firm believer of getting as new as possible, it's only a few bucks more than a well-used one. We have plans for more of these and Fab-Con will then be our first call.
